Having some fun

We did so many things in Utah. In this post I'll just write about a few of the highlights I haven't meantioned yet. We really packed a lot into 3weeks!!!
Jay loved playing with daddy in these chairs.

We helped grandma great set up her house for Christmas. Jay had fun playing with his great uncle Alan. After helping we all went out to dinner at Tempanyaki. It was nice to spend some time with the Taylor family!

We're scuba certified!!! Mike, Jill and I spent 5 days certiftying while we were there. It was a lot of fun and we can't wait to try out our new skills in warmer water.

Here we are down by the train station. Jay is obsessed with trains right now so we went in search of a real one and as luck would have it we found one!Choo choo!

Mike and I went for a beautiful walk up at the cabin. Check out this hive we found. Crazy!

Jumping on the tramp with daddy was great fun.

So was playing in the leaves.

Grandma Jill came into the kitchen to fin a little gremlin in her treat drawer. Always be careful when they're quiet!
Jay sure loves his grandma!
Here's Jay playing with his aunt Melissa one night. She entertained him many times throughout the trip and as you can tell she was very good at it!
Jay decided to bare all.

I love you pampa!

One night we went to this really cool train cafe up in Heber. Jay had a great time playing with the trains.

He also enjoyed the icecream.

Tired baby. We certainly wore him out in Utah! One of the best things about the whole trip was spending 3 straight weeks with daddy. No work, no obligations, just time to enjoye each other. We love you daddy!!!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving with the Connellys was a blast. We had 33 family members up at the cabin. There was plenty of yummy food and great company. Jay especially enjoyed hanging out with the younger kids. They were so good to him. He really took to cute little Erin. He walked around holding her hand and giving her kisses all day. They really look like siblings with their blond hair and big brown eyes. Jay also loved playing with Amanda. She was so good with him. She played with him for hours going up and down the stairs and everywhere else he wanted to go. Is is so nice to be with family! Here are 4 of the 5 sisters/sisters-in-law from the Connelly side plus the Grandma Connelly, the matriarch of the family.
Aren't they beautiful?

We took a ton of family pictures while we were there. Uncle James had a really nice camera and offered to be our photographer so that we could take the photos up at the cabin. They turned out great!
