It's so good to be here with Mike! Even though we only have a few days to spend here it's nice that we can enjoy the beauty together. We went on a run along the ditch. It was so beautiful. Mike wanted to get some weight lifting in so he used a dead tree he found :) We spent New Years Eve over at Tisha and Darren's new house. It was so fun! I don't know how but we didn't take any pictures. Oops!

BYU Bowl Game in San Fran!
We decided to take advantage of the fact that the BYU bowl game is in San Francisco this year. We flew from Provo to San Francisco where we met my parents who agreed to watch the kids while we went out :) They're pretty awesome. After exploring the city a little and having some Chipotle Mike and I headed to the game while Nonna and Papa took the kids back to play at the hotel. It was really fun to go to the game. We had great seats and we met Tal and Jess and our other friends Dave and Jess for the game. Unfortunately BYU lost but we still had a fun time. The next morning we met Cody and Alicia (who just moved to San Francisco) and walked to Fisherman's Wharf. We met up with some other good friends we haven't seen in a long time, Summer and Paul Gunn. It was great to catch up with so many people on one trip. After the wharf we headed to Nevada City!

Leaving Utah
Before we left we had to take a quick trip to BYU. We love our Alma Mater! I also got new glasses and we had one last FUN bath at grandmas. Until next time Provo!

Merry Christmas!
Christmas morning is finally here! The kids couldn't be happier :) There was a mountain-load of gifts under the tree. Plus the usual stockings and favorite cereal for everyone. Amaya was so funny. The ONLY thing she kept asking for over and over was a candy cane for Christmas. hahaha! She was pretty happy that Santa brought her one. Jay's favorite present was a remote control car. He was wondering why he got an orange in his stocking. Grandpa said it's to help him stay healthy. One bite of orange, one bight of candy. Have to balance things out! haha. Jay and Amaya made grandma and grandpa special medals to prove they are #1 grandparents! They were pretty excited to give them to them. Eva loved all the hustle and bustle of her first Christmas. She loved the wrapping paper best. Everyone ended up with lots of great loot. Merry Christmas!
