Hanging with Laura in Provo
We made it to Provo and we we're having a great time! We passed Jay off to Jill and Lynn when we got off the plane and they headed down to stay at the Castle House 3 with the Connelly family for a few days. In the meantime, we were excited to be able to see our friend Laura while the fam is away. It's been a long time! We went over to her brother's farm and were able to see their farm animals and ride horses. Amaya loved it!
Utah SUMMER!
We had a blast with the Connellys!!! Melissa, Reed and Brooklyn came out to join the fun and Jay and Brooklyn were the best of pals. Jill even commented that she's not the cool one anymore because Jay and Brooklyn spent so much time together, just the two of them! Haha! She really is the coolest still though because Amaya and Brookie were always fighting over her! MyMy and Brooklyn did get along though. See, they were even sharing popcorn together!
We celebrated Mike's 32nd birthday with the whole Taylor family (and Zina) and it was so fun to do it in the Connellys brand new AMAZING outdoor area! This place is incredible complete with a huge gazebo/BBQ area, fire pit, lots of grass and even a stream! The kids were in heaven. Amaya loved all the attention from her aunts and uncles.
Of course we spent time up at the cabin too! Reading books, playing, telling stories, going to Cascade Springs, making bird houses... it couldn't have been better!
Back home Mimi was the best little Auntie doing the girls hair for church one morning. They looked so beautiful! Grandma got them matching dresses :)
Fun with Uncle Martin and Aunt Mimi and painting toes with Grandma and Aunt Melissa!
