California Christmas Preperations

Since we were in California for a week after Thanksgiving, my mom enlisted our help in getting ready for Christmas. Here we are picking out a Christmas tree.

Jay spent most of the time throwing rocks.

He gets pretty into it :)

We also helped Nona decorate the tree.

And we made Christmas cookies.

Jay enjoyed shopping with Nona and Papa... especially the part where he got to ride on the car and train.

Check out Jay's favorite breakfast...

Mmmm... Mac and cheese and chocolate milk in the morning!

Here's Jay eating an apple off of Papa's tree in the back yard. Thanks for growing such yummy apples Papa!

And just to make sure we really knew it was Christmas, it snowed 16 inches the night before we left. We love you Nevada City! And everyone there.

Seriously, Anna, you have THE most cute pregnant tummy ever. I wish I could look half that cute the next time around. Probably won't, but I'll try.

Your little Jay is such a smiler. Very very cute kiddo.

What a fun couple of weeks in California and great timing on the weather--snow just as you left, but 70 degree weather the rest of the time. What an adorable little Bug. You capture him so beautifully. Thanks for all the photos. Can't wait to see you in THREE days!!! All four of you, including that cute bump on your tummy.
