Birthday Party at Divercity!

This year Jay's wish was to have a birthday party at Divercity. Divercity is this cool place for kids. It's like a miniature city patterned after Bogota where the kids can make money by "working" in different areas or spend money by playing. They can be fireman, medics, journalists, grocery store clerks, radio announcers, farmers etc etc etc. For fun they can race cars, go on a boat ride, climb a rock wall or go for a ride on the bus. It's pretty cool! The theme for the party was Minecraft (of course) and it turned out to be a huge success! I made the invitations and happy birthday sign. Jay made 16 Minecraft peeler bead pickax key chains, completely by himself! I was impressed he was willing to do all of them! Jay had a great day and it will definitely be long remembered in the birthday party hall of fame :D

WOW! What an awesome party for our BIG 8 year old!! I don't think any 8 yr old here in the states can top that special celebration at such an amazing party place. Colombians know how to do kid parties to the extreme and you all are so blessed to experience all of it. Loved the decorated cake too...really over the top!
Happy, happy birthday dear Jay. Love you always and forever sweet one! Nonna
