I had a wonderful mother's day this year. I love my family so much! Mike made me breakfast on Sunday morning - it was supposed to be breakfast in bed but I can't sleep in very late now that the sun is up at 5:30 a.m. here! Now I really wish Arizona did daylight savings time. The breakfast was very tasty though!
Jay gave me his mother's day present. He made it at preschool. It was a little baggie of bath salts, green of course. Jay's very favorite color is green. He also gave me this little card.
I think it's pretty funny that he thinks I'm 20. And I like to work? Not sure that's the best thing for him to think! Although when I asked him about it he told me, "Yeah mommy, you like to work at home and stay with me!" Pretty sweet little guy. I love the drawing too. Something to treasure. I adore that little boy. And my baby girl too. They both make being a mom the best "work" on earth!

So cute! Maddy's primary teacher did one of those questionaires too... It's so funny to hear what your kids think of you! And what a sweet little drawing too! And yum, now I'm craving french toast.
I just reread your Mother's Day blog and and had to tell the world that they are looking at the finest mommy ever. Those blessed little kids that have a mommy that LOVES her work--at home. Thanks for choosing Motherhood, Anna.
