My parents are amazing gardeners/landscapers. My dad spends so much time working outside. He truly has a green thumb. You can tell just by looking at these pictures!
Of course we had to take a walk down to see Bachy. After our walk Jay thought he might need some water so he poured some from his water bottle onto the porch for Bach. What a sweetie!
MyMy loved being with her Papa and Nonna! And she had fun seeing Nonna Great too!
We spent all day Sunday outside on the deck. It was too pretty to stay inside. Amaya and Jay found some squirt guns and had a blast shooting daddy and Papa and also watering the flowers.
It's all fun and games until someone squirts themselves in the face...
All better! Of course this cycle repeated about 5 times.
Papa was so cute. He got in the swing set with MyMy and Jay and pretended to be on a train. Then they sang and sang and sang all their favorite songs. What a nice Papa!
Brushing the teeth time! Amaya used to fight us on this every time but like Mike likes to say, you only have to force kids to do something about five times before their will breaks and they do it without fighting you. hahaha! We'll see if that holds up when they're pre-teens!
It was a very short trip to Nevada City, only about a day and a half then we were off to Lake Tahoe for a mini family reunion!

What sweet photos of the fam. Lee and Earlene--your heaven-on-earth abode is beautiful. What gardeners you are. I loved the photo of Lee in the swing with the kids. So happy for airplanes and vacation time for all of us.
Wish we could freeze that day in Nevada City and week in Tahoe forever...all our yittles and big yittles together...precious moments in time:) Thanks for taking the time with us sweet ones! I agree with Jill, our homes are too quiet without the hum of family:) Love you all!!
